Philosophy
For a detailed look at the OFFICIAL Policy and Philosophy of Everyman's, go to their 'Our Policy' page at their website.
Neil has a personal philosophy:
"I seek to carry out my work, whether in the civilian OR Defence Force environments, with integrity and earning an 'honest dollar'. I desire to be consistent in my life in relation to what I believe and how I live it and feel that no matter what happens in this life, there is a greater good, even if good is not always apparent. WHATEVER happens, there SHOULD be a solution to every problem.
To me, there is too much evidence of the fingerprints of God in the universe to say that it all came-by-chance.
At the end of the day, we can only assume that due to the spiritual tragedy that occurred in the Garden of Eden, we, as mankind, are in the 'pickle' that we are in - spiritually, and this can only be rectified by the Cross of Good Friday. With an 'open cheque' which was created by that Cross that we each need to sign, this 'pickle' is then dealt with and we can help to make the world a better place, and, be ready for 'The Event' ... the return of Jesus the Christ."

Mission Statement

Neil also has his own personal mission statement:
"As a Christian myself, I believe that God has put me here for a purpose. It is my prayer to discover and work out that purpose with a passion where people's lives are changed and touched by not necessarily an angel - but by God himself, and, work towards this end with means within the Defence Force environment AND in my 'day job' life involving Computer-Aided-Design and Carpentry."
