Geoff & Karen have sung and played guitar to audiences since they were kids. Karen’s professional career began aged only 14 performing a full time circuit of clubs and pubs around Sydney. Geoff got his start in school bands, choirs and theatre.

In 1983 Karen released the single “Music Box” through R.C.A records. It received air play throughout N.S.W and New Zealand. As a result Karen was nominated for best new talent and best female artist at the Australian country music awards in Tamworth in 1984.

Now back in their home town of Orange and raising a young family Karen and her rather tall husband Geoff lead their band, K.P CONNECTION. They play a varied repertoire of country rock, pop, ballads with a few catchy originals thrown in.

This dynamic duo affectionately known as the “long & the short of it” for obvious reasons, released their much-anticipated 1st album as a duo in May 2008. You can listen to some of the songs from thier CD 'Together, you & me' by following the links on the 'New CD' page.
